Its business scope mainly covers assets custody management, corporate mergers, corporate restructuring, consulting and planning of assets operations, and property management of staff dormitories, etc.

It focuses on the value preservation and appreciation of high-quality state-owned assets (mainly real estate) as well as the liquidation and disposal of inefficient and invalid assets, so as to give full play to the efficiency of stock assets, improve the investment returns of state-owned assets, and support the development of Chinatex’s main business.
