Limited, our company and its subordinate enterprises have not established any sub-enterprises ("these companies") with the words "Unibale" and "Unibère" (including sounds near). Our company does not have any equity or business relationship with these companies. If these enterprises publicize, attract investment and cooperate with us in the name of our company and subsidiaries at all levels, we will not bear any consequences and responsibilities resulting from this, and reserve the right to pursue their legal responsibilities

2. Regarding the website of www.unibale.com, our company hereby declares that it is not sponsored by our company and subsidiaries at all levels. Any content displayed on this website has not been authorized by our company and subsidiaries at all levels. If the enterprises listed on the website publicize, attract investment and cooperate with us in the name of our company and subsidiaries at all levels, we will not bear any consequences and responsibilities resulting from this, and reserve the right to pursue legal liability.

3. Chinatex (Australia) Pty Ltd (China Textile Australia Co., Ltd.) and former director of Unibale Pty. Limited, Shan Haolong, were transferred back to China in December 2015. They no longer hold any positions and have no right to represent our company and all levels. The company contacts the business, signs the contract and conducts any form of transaction cooperation. Any consequences of its external negotiation in the name of an individual are irrelevant to our company and its subsidiaries.
