Shatian Lihai optimizes process flow and promotes energy saving and emission reduction

Dongguan Shatian Lihai Textile Printing and Dyeing Co., Ltd. adopted measures such as optimizing process flow, installing waste water heat recovery equipment and heat treatment of steam pipelines in the production process to reduce energy consumption and reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

1. Install waste water waste heat recovery device, use the heat of waste water to heat clear water, heat 3,000 tons of clean water every day, the temperature of clean water can rise by 15 °C, save 21,910 tons of steam per year, equivalent to 2,256.07 tons of standard coal.

2. Technical improvement of production process, optimization of production process, saving water, electricity and steam consumption. It can save 347,700 kWh of electricity every year and save 4,251.72 tons of steam, equivalent to 480.53 tons of standard coal.

3. Insulation treatment of steam pipeline, using aluminum silicate and high temperature anti-radiation layer plus rock wool gas insulation and anti-flow layer plus medium temperature anti-radiation layer plus color steel plate structure to achieve insulation effect and reduce heat loss. Reduce the amount of steam used, saving 6558.28 tons of steam per year, equivalent to 675.31 tons of standard coal.

The above energy saving and emission reduction measures will save an average of 3,412 tons of standard coal per year.
