In April of 2018, Jiangyin Fuhui Company rebuilt the desulfurization water supply pump and the water supply pipeline. First, changing the impeller steering angle of the desulfurization water supply pump, increasing the flow rate of the desulfurization waste alkali liquor into the desulfurization tower, from the original 900m3/h to 1200m3/h; the second is to re-install the desulfurization tower import and export door and extend it. The reaction time of the flue gas in the desulfurization tower enhances the SO2 neutralization effect in the flue gas. After the transformation, the sulfur dioxide emission concentration was reduced from the original 50mg/Nm3 to below 35mg/Nm3, reaching the national ultra-low emission standard.

In addition, the company has also adopted the SNCR denitration method in the furnace to improve the SNCR+SCR denitration method in the furnace, and adopts the dry four-field electrostatic dust removal method to promote the emission index of nitrogen oxides and soot to the ultra-low emission standard.
